Thorngate Living's 2017 annual report to residents is hot-off-the-press. This year the report focusses on 'Thorngate Living people and their sense of community'.
The 2017 report illustrates how residents, their families and staff create the thriving, happy Thorngate Living neighbourhood. Snapshots of Thorngate Living people feature throughout the publication which also brings residents and the wider community up-to-date with progress achieved throughout the year on matters such as the continuous improvement programme, independent reviews and verified feedback, delivering value for money, the dementia charter and Thorngate Churcher Trust's new homes development project.
Anne Taylor, Thorngate Churcher Trust's CEO said today: "Wonderful people are at the heart of Thorngate Living. Residents, their families and all our staff work together to create a happy, peaceful, but active and lively community."
Anne added: "The Trust has achieved a great deal over the past year. We do have a culture of continuous improvement, so we're now focussing on delivering improvements which will be reported in next year's report. In the meanwhile, I want to thank all our residents, Trustees and staff for making Thorngate Living the tremendous success that it is today."
