Following extensive consultation Thorngate Churcher Trust has submitted revised plans for new homes in Gosport.
Consultation is now underway on the revised plans for a site on the corner of Grove Road and Sealark Road.
“If we are successful with our planning application, we will deliver a great scheme for local people which we will own and manage ourselves enabling people to stay in the community they love,” said chief executive Anne Taylor.
“We continue to believe we are good neighbours and intend to demonstrate that to the Hardway community should we be successful.”
The new plans are mostly two storey and the new plans also mean that the oak tree may have to be lost and replaced with further planting both on site and possibly off site too.
