Care Assistant (nights)

Russell Churcher Court is recruiting a Care Assistant (nights). We offer excellent rates of pay and an opportunity to work and train with a great team.

Thorngate Churcher Trust's Russell Churcher Court is a residential care home, specialising in high quality care for the frail elderly and those living with dementia. We seek a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant to work nights with our happy, highly professional team.

Qualifications are desirable and we provide extensive training and continuous professional development. You will have a genuine interest in the care, well being and comfort of residents at Russell Churcher Court and you'll want to work hard and make a positive contribution to the Thorngate Living team. A smart uniform is provided.

A flexible, pragmatic approach is required with regard to working hours. A working week will typically be 24.5 or 36.75 hours with the opportunity for additional hours/shifts. Shifts are rostered 2-3 weeks in advance with a rota for weekends and bank holidays. Hourly rates are competitive. There is the opportunity for additional hours/shifts.
