This role works directly with the CEO and Senior Management Team (SMT), and is accountable to the CEO and reports directly to the CEO for the purpose of day to day line management responsibilities. The post supports the effective management of the Trust.
The role is also the main source of HR expertise for the Trust.
The executive assistant element of this role is responsible for providing the full range of administrative and project related support to the CEO and the SMT as a means of supporting the smooth management of the Trust. Specifically, this means:
